FTC gets beaten again in court. Neora is NOT a Pyramid

In a more frequent matter, the FTC loses again.  The Federal Trade Commission
gets put in their place again.  The “academics” and the over-reachers get schooled at a trial.
 
After many years of trying to destroy the MLM Company Neora, previously known as Nerium,

the FTC gets handed another MAJOR loss in their over-reaching fight against MLM.

The staged win against Success by Health could not be used to leverage their weak case against Neora.
